Northwestern has changed to the Electronic Time Entry System or ETES. Work-Study students with a NETID and password can now enter their work hours on an electronic time sheet. ETES access is restricted to computers on the Northwestern network. For more information, visit the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or Virtual Privacy Network (VPN) Web sites.

 

 

 

NU Students eligible for the Federal Work-Study Program may download an authorization form from this Web site. To be eligible, you must have a Financial Aid Award Notice for the current academic year reflecting a Federal Work Study award. You can view your financial aid award on CAESAR. Your paycheck will be held without Authorization.
